Tara L. Lavigne,
Video Producer & Archivist
Tara is interested in historic preservation and working
with archival collections.
In 2002 she launched PROFILE! Magazine, an award-winning
television program that focuses on history, travel and the
arts.
Working with
archival collections in
Western New York, Tara produced programs promoting The Riviera Vaudeville Theater, Herschell Carrousel
Factory, Mt. Hope Cemetery, Willard Memorial Chapel, The Seward Mansion, and Watkins Glen
State Park.
She was twice honored with the Best in Show Award from the
Northeast Alliance for Community Media's Video Festival for
her historic documentaries: Asbury First: A Gothic
Cathedral in Rochester, NY and Historic Charleston
Getaway. She also won two First Place Awards for
Magazine Format for her popular travel programs:
Daytrippers in Western NY and Grand Parks of Western
NY. |

Tara enjoys early film
history and produced the following two documentaries:
Ithaca Made Movies: Theodore Wharton's Silent Picture Studio
in Ithaca, NY and The Theodore Case Sound-on-Film
Research Lab of Auburn, NY.
She is currently archiving two unique movie
collections: The California Theater "Mildred Mother Pitts"
Silent Picture Stills & The Reverend Harry Bristow's 16mm
Christian Cinema Films. She is also producing a new
comedy show for PROFILE! Magazine. |

Gerard Regula, Technical Director
Gerard is the technical director, videographer and
digital editor for Starlight Media Productions, an independent
television production company. Since 2002, he has helped produce
PROFILE! Magazine, an award-winning television show and has worked as a
consultant on a variety of television productions.
As a professional speaker, Gerard has developed and conducted
technical training for Fortune 500 Companies such as Eastman Kodak
and Johnson & Johnson. He has written and published magazine
articles and is an experienced website designer.
Gerard particularly enjoys doing voice-over narration for television
and working with music soundtracks. He is accomplished in creating
graphic designs for DVD covers, websites, newsletters and
advertising. |
