Mildred "Mother" Pitts was an employee of the California Theater in
Los Angeles. She collected thousands of original silent film
photos used by the theater for promotional purposes. Popular
silent stars include George Arliss, Lionel Barrymore, Billie Burke,
Claude Gillingwater, Doris Kenyan, Alice Lake, Laura LaPlante, Harold

Bristow 16mm Christian Film Collection
From the 1970's until
1997, Reverend Harry Bristow operated his Christian Film Cinema in
Ambler, Pennsylvania. This unique collection is comprised of over 700
films from the 1940's to the 1990's. Film topics include animations,
apocalypse, Bible stories, biographies, children's programs, comedies,
documentaries, dramas, religious history, sermons, and television
